START NOW !!!

OK!! Now I'll start my diet plan!! Since I went back to my relative house for few days. I've go through so many pictures!!!
From I was a new born baby.

This is when I start representing my secondary school in sports so yeah I LOVE SPORTS SO.. I stay back everyday after school for training about 2 hours and yes!! It WORK! I'm Loving Me In This Picture.


So after a year after graduating secondary school.
Stay at KL for 1 year just to relax and everything.
GAIN WEIGHT !! @.@"


OK Last year doing nothing the whole year accept for working for 2 months in Big Apple. No picture. Still haven't lose weight.

And then July went KL already to start my college life.
I was this size that moment. Mukaku Bulat ~


So I started going to Gym, eat only oats for dinner because mahu cantik.
I seriously go to the Gym! SPORTS HELP ME A LOT!!! Still got eat normal meals.
AND JENG JENG!! THE RESULT!! It take me around 4 months.




This year January. Due to 2nd Semester is a short semester. So need to rush Project and Assignments so didn't go Gym for almost 1 month and CUBBY BACK!! Because I didn't control my frigging diet.



UNTIL NOW!! I skip Gym for 3 months already. I'm so fat la now!
Conclution, Sports is really important for me and also proper eating.
Although I don't eat rice BUT junk food kills me!! SO DEAD!!
Junk Food Habit Is Over. SO THIS IS ME NOW!! aihhzzzz -.-"


Here Is My To Do List!!

*Morning Eat 2 Tablet Spirulina.
*Before Sleep Eat Half Teaspoon BioLecithin.
*Go To Gym Often
*Dinner Small Portion (Oats The Best)
*Lunch More To Fruit Juice! May Eat Normal Meal But Not Too Oily/Fattening Food.
*Water At Least 1 Big Bottle Per Day.
*Keep On Continue Doing Until End Of June.
